We recently upgraded to the latest Tenrox version and are finding some glitches in the software we weren't prepared for.  Our problems of the day are that our task budgets are no longer rolled up into our project budgets, which impacts our reporting (and it seems our 'generate task roll-up' selection is not working), and we can no longer select multiple generic billable tasks when creating a new project (can only select one new task even though we re-named the first task).
 
Is anyone else having these problems?  Are there other problems you've encountered that you could share?  Would rather be on the look-out for known issues than stumble on problems as I'm trying to produce some deliverables.  Confused

I am hoping someone can help.  One of our employees is trying to submit a timesheet and is receiving an error message "You cannot bank overtime without having payable attributes on the timesheet".  Does anyone know how to fix this or what exactly a payable attribute relates to?

The new user only has access to the projects and nothing else. What do I do so he can have access to time reporting, approving timesheets, etc?

The Public Notes can be seen by managers or whoever has accessto the timesheet.

Private Notes are for your personal use only.

 

For the reports,, some reports are intended for end users which is where the notes would also appear.

I am trying to find out if Tenrox supports integration with CRM 2011 Online (hosted by Micorsoft)
 
How exactly does Tenrox connect to CRM:
- Does it do this via the Server Name and Port?
- Does it connect via the CRM SDK Endpoints?
-- If so, does it use the new ones for 2011 or the legacy endpoints?
